Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday January 8″, 2014. President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CST. Attendees: Henry Henke, Art Glass, Drew Withrow, Ronnie Charnes, Jerry Kieffer, Rick King, Mike Dietrich, John Prinvale, Mike Schroeder, Wes Grueninger, Dean Conner, Ken Plourde, Bob Thomas, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Chris Thompson was unable to attend the meeting. 2: Membership Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported that the ERA has a current membership of 434. b. Mike informed that the number of expired members is shrinking. In December of 2013 there were 3 expired members that rejoined. 3: Technical/Training Report: a. No report for the month. 4: Exchange Newspaper Report: a. b. Bob Thomas reported that the January issue of the Exchange Newspaper has been mailed out and they are busy working on the February issue. Henry Henke questioned the accounts receivable statement. Bob explained that there is currently only one advertiser that is behind in payment. Bob added that he is staying on top of the accounts receivable. 5: 2014 ERA Trade Show: a. Wes Grueninger reported that the show floor has forty booth spaces for venders. As of January 8″ nine booths had been sold and one had been swapped with the APRA for Mohammad Sammi’s seminar. b. Wes added that he has received a few registrations. Wes informed that he is finishing up the flyers for venders to add to rebuilder’s parts orders. Venders offering this service are Dubois Marketing, Arrowhead Electrical, WAI, IMI, and Jimco. Henry will contact VanBergen about adding flyers to their orders. Wes informed that the APRA would add the 2014 ERA Trade Show to Industry Calendar of the Global Connection for the months of February and March. Bob Thomas added that the seminar schedule has been filled and can be viewed on the ERA web Site.
