Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday December 3″, 2014 President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CST. Attendees: Henry Henke, Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Mike Dietrich, Lonnie Bain, Kenny Turner, Bob Thomas, Howie Gore, Wes Grueninger, Ken Plourde, Lynn Gross, Jerry Kieffer, Larry Hagemeister, Gene Kaiser, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting. 2: Membership Report: Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Howie Gore informed attendees that the meeting was scheduled on the day before Thanksgiving. No one made the conference call. 4: Exchange Newspaper Report: a. b. Bob Thomas reported that the December issue of The Exchange Newspaper went out as scheduled. Bob added that the January issue is being worked on. Henry Henke questioned if any vendors were scheduling adds for 2015? Bob responded that a few vendors have scheduled their advertising for 2015. 5: ERA Trade Show Report: a. b. c. Wes Grueninger reported that registration for vendor booths at the 2015 ERA Trade Show have been coming in and the Show floor is 2 sold. Wes informed that he has been contacting vendors that haven’t registered about attending assuming that they are setting their budgets for 2015. Larry Hagemeister would like Wes to contact Parts People who publish a bimonthly newspaper and have them advertise the upcoming ERA Trade Show in their Midwest addition. Wes replied that he would contact them. Henry Henke made mention of the ERA Trade Show online registration that Wes has set up for rebuilder members to register online at the ERA Web Site. Wes added that there is a form online for subscriptions to The Exchange Newspaper also.
