Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday May 6, 2015 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Henry Henke, Alan Reynolds, Matt Wight, Scott Scharrer, Drew Withrow, Mike Dietrich, Kenny Turner, Howie Gore, Chuck Showalter, Mike Schroeder, Jerry Kieffer, Ronnie Charnes, John Brillman, Lynn Gross, Bob Thomas, Bill Ernst, Larry Hagemeister, John Prinvale, Harald Kober, Ken Plourde, Gene Kaiser, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement cash basis for the ERA from January 2015 thru April 2015 and a Profit and Loss Statement accrual basis. Discussion was had and Mike Dietrich commented that without a profitable annual ERA Trade Show the ERA would go in the red. Ken Plourde added that the current budget numbers are assuming that the ERA membership remains the same. b. Mike Schroeder reported the ERA has a current balance of $9,959.70 in the the ERA checking account with all bills paid in full. Mike added that the ERA has not yet received an invoice for the second edition of the ERA Magazine from the printer. 2: | Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer reported that he doesn’t have any current membership numbers. Scott added he is working with Mike Schroeder on getting the information. Scott informed that when he has the membership list compiled he will be contacting members over the next few months with questions, comments and improvements on what the ERA can do for its members. b. Scott informed attendees that he is in the process of offering rebuilder members and non-members that purchase Jimco products a 1 year paid membership or renewal to the ERA. Scott asked that when he gets the details finalized if this offer could be advertised in the Exchange Magazine. All attendees agreed that this is a very generous offer from Jimco and it would be advertised in the Exchange Magazine.
