Minutes ERA Board of Directors July 15″, 2015 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Scott Scharrer, Henry Henke, Ronnie Charnes, Chuck Showalter, Howie Gore, Kenny Turner, Lynn Gross, Bob Thomas, Mike Dietrich, Matt Wight, Bill Ernst, Ken Plourde, John Prinvale, John Brillman, Mike Schroeder, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported that the ERA had a balance of $12,025.93 as of July 1* with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer reported that he has received a spreadsheet with the current members as of June 30″, 2015. The current ERA membership is 416. 3: Technical/Training Committee: a. Howie Gore informed that the Committee had the following discussions on the ERA Web Site. 1. Lucas starter shift fork positioning which has had a Tech article written for the ERA Web Site. 2. Replacement starters for the Delco 29MT. 3. PS 90 Denso gear reduction starters which Bob Thomas is in the process of writing a technical article for the ERA Web Site and The Exchange Magazine. b. Howie reminded attendees to use the ERA Web Site for further discussions on Technical matters for discussion. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas informed that he had severe computer problems that would delay the August issue of The Exchange Magazine. b. Bob reported that Stephanie Schroeder will be assuming the role of design and production manager for The Exchange Magazine. 5: ERA 2016 Trade Show Report: a. Mike Dietrich informed that the Trade Show Committee has set the agenda for the 2016 ERA Trade Show. More meetings have been scheduled and plans are moving forward.
