Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday July 13″, 2016. President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Jessica Myers, Mike Tweed, Lynn Gross, Mike Dietrich, Jerry Kieffer, Matt Wight, Kenny Turner, Mike Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Bob Thomas, John Brillman, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. b. Mike Schroeder presented a profit and loss statement for June 2016 and profit and loss statement for the year to date. Mike reported a balance of $22,101.06 in the ERA Checking Account with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer was unable to attend the meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Lynn Gross reported the following projects were published for the month of June. 1. The WAI Technical Video Library is available from the ERA Home Page. 2. The ERA Technical Library Indexing is online. 3. Glen McLaughlin’s resistance soldering is video is online. 4. Video Rewards has been completed and should be online in the next couple of weeks. Lynn informed the following topics are in discussion. 1. Conductance testing by Nathan Unger. 2. Drive Pins for Folo Thru drives. 3. Manufacturing brush springs. Lynn informed that he and Bob Thomas have spoken with Dan Marinucci on seminar topics for the 2017 ERA Trade Show. Lynn reminded that anyone that has seminar ideas to contact him. . Jessica Myers informed that Rob Buksar is interested in having a seminar or a round table discussion at the 2017 ERA Trade Show.
