Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday October 19″, 2016. President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Jessica Myers, Alan Reynolds, Bill Ernst, Jerry Kieffer, Bob Thomas, Mike Tweed, Lynn Gross, Matt Wight, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting but forwarded a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of September 2016. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer was unable to attend the meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Lynn Gross reported that a new Technical Video has been submitted and approved by the Technical/Training Committee. The Video was produced by Nathan Unger and the subject is on Conductance Testing. b. Lynn reported that Glen McLaughlin had posted Technical Articles on the ERA Forums on Lucas Generators, Alternators, Starters and Voltage Regulators. Lynn would like to see these articles added to the ERA Technical Library. c. Lynn reported that the ERA 2017 Trade Show seminars have been filled. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the October issue of the Exchange went out late and the November issue will be late also. b. Bob informed that the Denso Hair Pin article that he is working on will be done in installments over the next couple of months. c. A question was asked on the amount of time that is required to produce Technical Articles. Bob informed that it easily take a couple of months. Bob added that he can always use ideas on creating Technical Articles. 5: Exchange Magazine Advertising Report: a. Stephanie Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting.
