Minutes ERA Board of Directors January 17°”, 2018 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Jim Richer, Dennis Jacinto, Gene Kaiser, Joe Mazzone, Jessica Myers, Ken Plourde, Mike Mackey, Tom Barrett, Bill Ernst, Mike Tweed, Stephanie Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Mohammad Samii, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Daren Roggentien. Mike Dietrich welcomed Jim Richer as the new ERA S.W. Vice President to the ERA Board of Directors. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of December 2017. b. Mike reported a balance of $15,634.99 in the ERA Checking Account. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported the ERA has 386 current members. b. Michele informed attendees that there were 2 new memberships. International Winding joined as a Supplier Member and P&G Keene joined as a Rebuilder Member. c. Michele informed attendees that the Hyundai Plant Tour for the 2018 ERA Trade Show has sold out. Gene Kaiser added that he is working on getting a second tour set up. When Gene has more information he will contact the ERA Office. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Ken Plourde reported the Technical/Training Committee did not meet for the month. b. Ken informed attendees that 1 new Video has been submitted by Glen McLaughlin and is under review by the Committee. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas was unable to attend the meeting. 5: Exchange Magazine Advertising Report: a. Stephanie Schroeder reported that everything is on track for the February issue of the Exchange Magazine and should go to the printers Friday. b. Stephanie informed attendees that the Embassy Suites Registration information is in the February issue. Jessica Myers added that the Registration information is on the ERA Web Site and will forward the information to Jim Thomas to be added to the ERA Facebook site.
