Minutes ERA Board of Directors May 15″, 2019 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Ronnie Charnes, Stephanie Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Jerry Kieffer, Mohammad Sammi, Gene Kaiser,Kenny Turner, Jeff Cazel, Dennis Jacinto, Lonnie Bain, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Tom Barrett, Bob Thomas, Nick Staub, David Kieffer, Paul Sailon, Luke Hagemeister, Jim Richer, Daren Roggentien. 1: Introduction of New ERA Board Members: a. Ken Plourde welcomed the new members to the ERA Executive Board and the ERA Board of Advisors. 2: Consent Agenda: a. Mike Schroder made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Nick Staub made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Secretary’s Report: a. Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the April 2019 ERA Board of Directors minutes. Jeff Cazel made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of April 2019. b. Mike reported a balance of $12,976.06 in the ERA Checking Account. Alan Reynolds made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Art Glass made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 5: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of April 30°”, 2019 the ERA has 367 members. b. Michel informed attendees that she has been making calls to delinquent members. c. A question was asked if there were any new members that joined at the 2019 ERA Trade Show. Michele informed that there were not. 6: Correspondence Report: a. Michele Schroder reported that the ERA Office received a Thank You card from Jerry Kieffer on the outstanding job the ERA Board and the 2019 ERA Trade Show Committee done with the 2019 ERA Trade Show.
