Minutes ERA Board of Directors June 19″, 2019 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Bob Hopko, Beth Dickson, Mike Mackey, Stephanie Schroeder, Joe Mazzone, Tom Barrett, Al Steadman, Jeff Cazel, Michele Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Mohammad Samii, Mike Dietrich, Mike Schroeder, Jim Richer, Kenny Turner, Ken Plourde, Jerry Kieffer, Luke Hagemeister, David Kieffer, Paul Sailon, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Mike Schroeder added Meeting Phone Calls to New Business. b. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Ronnie Charnes made a motion to approve the minutes from the May 15″, 2019 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Alan Reynolds made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of May 2019. b. Mike reported a balance of $9,384.62 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Mike Dietrich made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of May 31%, 2019 the ERA has 376 members with 2 new members joining in June. b. Michele informed attendees that she has made 31 calls to delinquent members with the following results: 1. 4 rejoined over the phone. 2. 3 will be mailing in payment. 3. 2 will make payment when funds are available. 4. 1 has retired. 5. Left messages with the others. 5: Correspondence Report: a. There were no correspondence reports from the ERA Office or the Secretary.
