Minutes ERA Board of Directors October 16″, 2019 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Beth Dickson, Bob Hopko, Joe Mazzone, Gene Kaiser, Glen McGlaughlin, Mike Tweed, Bob Thomas, Jeff Cazel, David Kieffer, Kenny Turner, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Mohammad Samii, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. There were no items added to the Agenda. b. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Beth Dickson made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved 2: Secretary Report: a. Ken Plourde reported that the Agenda needs corrected to show approval of the September 18″, 2019 minutes. b. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the Secretary Report as corrected. Beth Dickson made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of September 2019. Mike informed attendees that there were expenses for the 2020 ERA Trade Show in September 2019. b. Mike reported a balance of $9,340.92 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Mohammad Samii made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Alan Reynold made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of September 25″, 2019 the ERA has 374 members. b. Michele reported that 12 members of the ERA had their membership expire on September 30″, 2019. Michele informed attendees that she has made calls with the following results: 3 members renewed by phone. 1 member closed their business. 1 member sold their business. 2 will be mailing in payment. 4 left messages and waiting on return calls.
