Minutes ERA Board of Directors Annual Meeting June 17™, 2020 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm central time. Attendees: Alan Reynolds, Michele Schroeder, Gene Kaiser, Joe Mazzone, Mike Mackey, Jerry Kieffer, Art Glass, Stephanie Schroeder, Jim Richer, Lonnie Bain, Jeff Cazel, Kenny Turner, Ted Heywood, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Mohammad Samii, Mike Schroeder, Ronnie Charnes, Glen McLaughlin, Paul Sailon, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Ken Plourde informed attendees that he would like to suspend the Open Forums. Alan Reynolds made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda as amended. Art Glass made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Art Glass made a motion to approve the minutes from the May 20″, 2020 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of May 2020. b. Mike reported that the 2020 ERA Trade Show refunds will be showing as a negative on the Profit and Loss Statement. Mike added that he will have a report on donations from the 2020 ERA Trade Show in the upcoming months. A question was asked on the write off of $600.00 on the Profit and Loss Statement. Mike explained that it was an uncollectible advertising loss from the past. c. Mike reported a balance of $14,129.34 in the ERA Checking Account. Dare Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Glen McLaughlin made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of May 22™, 2020 the ERA has 363 members. b. Michele informed attendees that she made 11 calls to delinquent members for the month with the following results: 1) 5 left messages and waiting on return calls. 2) 2 sending in payments. 3) 1 paid by phone. 4) 3 will send in payments when they have funds available. c. Michele reported that there were 5 new Rebuilders Members for the month. Michele added that Joe Mazzone has been working to acquire new members. Paul Sailon commented that it is great getting new members with the current economic situation. d. Michele reported that she has been busy making calls on refunds. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she received an email from Country Side Repair on ideas of creating income. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he had received a Thank You from Jerry Kieffer for the job of being the Secretary for the ERA.
