Minutes ERA Board of Directors September 15″, 2021 Meeting called to order at 6:35 pm ct. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Nathan Unger, Michele Schroeder, Joe Mazzone, Lonnie Bain, Mike Mackey, Tom Barrett, Bob Thomas, Bob Hopko, Jim Richer, Mike Tweed, Kenny Turner, Mike Schroeder, Mohammad Samii, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: , a. Mike Dietrich made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the August 18″, 2021 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for August 2021 which also included a year to date Profit and Loss Statement. b. Mike reported a balance of $3,793.54 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of August 31%, 2021 the ERA has 362 members. b. Michele informed attendees that she made calls to delinquent ERA Members and most have sent in dues payments. c. Michele reported that she has been spending a lot of time with 2022 ERA Trade Show arrangements. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: . 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
