ws Minutes ERA Board of Directors January 19°”, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Alan Reynolds, Jerry Kieffer, Ken Plourde, Tom Barrett, Ryder Keller, Bob Thomas, Kenny Turner, Lonnie Bain, Mike Tweed, Mohammad Samii, Stephanie Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Mohammad Samii made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the December 15″, 2021 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for December 2021 which included the year of 2021 Profit & Loss Statement. b. Mike reported a balance of $6,036.72 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Rorseniien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of December 31%, 2021 the ERA has 361 members. b. Michele informed attendees the ERA gained 3 new Rebuilder Members for the month of December 2021. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
