Minutes ERA Board of Directors February 16″, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Alan Reynolds, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Bob Hopko, Stephanie Schroeder, Bob Thomas, Lonnie Bain, Paul Sailon, ‘Kenny Turner, Ted Heywood, Ken Plourde, Ryder Keller, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Electrical Clinics: Ken Plourde b. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the Consent — Ronnie Charnes made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the minutes from the January 19″”, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Art Glass made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for January 2022. b. Mike reported a balance of $3,907.21 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Ruggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of January 20″, 2022 the ERA has 356 members. b. Michele informed attendees that she made several phone calls to expired members with some paying, some will be sending in their dues and some had closed their business. Michele added that one member that had closed his business was disgusted with Suppliers selling to his customers. c. Michele reported that there were 4 new rebulliier members for the month and there were 3 Guest Memberships. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
