Minutes ERA Board of Directors March 16″, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Art Glass, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Alan Reynolds, Joe Mazzone, Lonnie Bain, Stephanie Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Jerry Kieffer, Dennis Jacinto, Kenny Turner, Ryder Keller, Bob Hopko, Ted Heywood, Mohammad Samii, Daren Roggentien. Consent Agenda: a. Add to New Business Annual Meeting: Ken Plourde b. Mohammad Samii made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Art Glass made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. Secretary Report: a. Art Glass made a motion to approve the minutes from the February 16″, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Dennis Jacinto made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for February 2022 which included a Profit & Loss Statement for year to date. b. Mike reported a balance of $7,414.70 in the ERA Checking Account. Art Glass made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of February 2″ 2022 the ERA has 354 members. b. Michele reported that there was 1 new Rebuilder Member that joined in February. Michele reported that there are a few Guest Members that she contacts when their Guest Membership expires. Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: . 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
