Minutes ERA Board of Directors November 16″, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Alan Reynolds, Stephanie Schroeder, Joe Mazzone, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Bob Hopko, Bob Thomas, Lonnie Bain, Mohammad Samii, Dennis Jacinto, Ken Plourde, Paul Sailon, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Mike Schroeder made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Alan Reynolds made a motion to approve the minutes from the October 19″, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for October 2022 which included a year to date Profit & Loss Statement. , b. Mike reported a balance of $10,057.59 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Mike reported that a 2023 ERA Budget Committee meeting needs to be scheduled. The meeting was scheduled for December 7″, 2022. Daren Roggentien will send out a notification on the meeting. Mohammad Sammi made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Bob Hopko made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of October 31°, 2022 the ERA has 351 members. Michele added there were 1 new Rebuilder that joined for the month and _2 Exchange Magazine Subscriptions. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
