Minutes ERA Board of Directors December 21%, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Alan Reynolds, Lonnie Bain, Stephanie Schroeder, Bob Hopko, Tom Barrett, Mohammad Samii, Kenny Turner, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, John Prinvale, Paul Sailon, Jerry Kieffer, Ryder Keller, Alan Melton, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Paul Sailon made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Alan Reynolds made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 16″, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. b. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for November 2022 which included a year to date Profit & Loss Statement. Mike reported a balance of $7,060.59 in the ERA Checking Account. Mike added a payment of $2,000.00 has been sent to the Hotel for the 2023 ERA Trade Show. Mike reported that he still working on problems with the Telephone Company. Mike added that the ERA Tech. Line has been down and probably won’t be working until sometime in January 2023 and at this time there are no other options. Mohammad Samii made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Bob Hopko made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of November 30°”, 2022 the ERA Has 354 Members. Michele added there was 1 new Rebuilder Member for the month. 5: Correspondence Report: b. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
