Minutes ERA Board of Directors January 11″, 2023 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Stephanie Schroeder, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Joe Mazzone, Tom Barrett, Mohammad Samii, Mike Mackey, Bob Hopko, Dennis Jacinto, Paul Sailon, Kenny Turner, Lonnie Bain, Ryder Keller, Bob Thomas, Larry Hagemeister, Jerry Kieffer, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Bob Hopko made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the minutes from the December 21%, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for December 2022 which included a year to date Profit & Loss Statement. b. Mike reported a balance of $5,149.69 in the ERA Checking Account. Mohammad Samii made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of December 31%, 2022 the ERA has 353 members. b. Michele reported that there were 2 new Rebuilder Members that joined for the month of December 2022. c. Bob Hopko reported that he sent information to the ERA Office of a possible new member. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: . 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
