Minutes ERA Board of Directors February 15″, 2023 Executive Vice President Lonnie Bain called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Lonnie Bain, Ronnie Charnes, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Alan Reynolds, Joe Mazzone, Art Glass, Bob Hopko, Mohammad Samii, Tom Barrett, Paul Sailon, Stephanie Schroeder, Kenny Turner, Jerry Keiffer, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Ronnie Charnes made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the minutes from the January 18″, 2023 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Tom Barrett made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for January 2023 which included a Year to Date Profit & Loss Statement. b. Mike reported a balance of $7,712.19 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Bob Hopko made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of January 31%, 2023 the ERA has 360 Members. Michele added there were 2 new Supplier Members and 4 new Rebuilder Members for the month and as of February 15″, 2023 there was 1 new Supplier Member and 4 new Rebuilder Members. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
