Gentlemen, The Forums Rules Committee have met & has had discussion on the current ERA Website Forums Rules & all have agreed that the current rules are fine the way they were written. The consensus of the committee is that the association’s Website Forums at this point in time lacks a Forums Moderator/Moderators to oversee the daily post of the Website Forums. Fortunately since the resignation of past Webmaster Wes Grueninger the website Forums have seen 2 questionable violations of Forums Posts. With that said , the committee’s question is what can the association do to perform the task of for filling the position of Moderator for the ERA Website Forums? Committee member Matt Wight suggested that he was certain that the ERA Website Forums Software had a feature built into the software that all Forums Users could act as moderators & could enact a protocol that could be set up to our predetermined protocol procedure. | have asked committee members Jessica Meyers & Bob Thomas to explain this concept & entertain questions on this concept at the Jan. Board Of Directors Meeting. Also contained in this memo is an attachment of the Forums Rules Committee recommended change & addition to the current Forums Rules.
