Minutes ERA Board of Directors May 16″”, 2018 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Al Steadman, Tom Barrett, Jerry Keiffer, Jim Richer, Jessica Myers, Mohammad Samii, John Prinvale, Mike Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Bob Thomas, Paul Sailon, Bob Hopko, Larry Hagemeister, Ken Plourde, Stephanie Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of April 2018. b. Mike reported a balance of $14,070.99 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Mike informed attendees that a Profit and Loss Statement has been forwarded to the ERA Executive Board for the 2018 ERA Trade Show. Mike added that the final profit for the 2018 ERA Trade Show is still being updated as some of the invoicing from the Embassy Suites is in question. Mike reported that with the City of Montgomery providing Bus Transportation and the Sai Family and Regitar providing the Saturday evening Riverboat Dinner Cruise attributed to the profit for the Trade Show. This also attributed to the outstanding attendance by ERA Members. Mike Dietrich commented that a fantastic job was done by all Committee Members and Seminar Presenters. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported the ERA has 375 current members. Michele added that there were 5 new Rebuilder Members and 1 new Supplier Member for the month. b. Michele informed attendees that she will be back calling expired members. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Ken Plourde reported that he received a lot of great comments on the Seminars and their Presenters at the 2018 ERA Trade Show. Ken thanked Mohammad Samii on the great job of setting up the Seminars for the 2018 ERA Trade Show. b. Ken reported that there will be new Technical Articles and Videos added to the ERA Web Site in the upcoming months. Ken reminded everyone that the Committee is always looking for new ideas for Technical Articles as well as Videos. c. Paul Sailon asked if any of the Seminars from the 2018 ERA Trade Show were videotaped. Mike Schroeder explained that videotaping could possibly take away from ERA Members attending the Trade Show.
