Minutes ERA Board of Directors October 17″, 2018 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Michele Schroeder, Al Steadman, Joe Mazzone, Alan Reynolds, Bob Hopko, Gene Kaiser, Mike Dietrich, Mike Tweed, Paul Sailon, Alan Melton, Ken Plourde, Mohammad Samii, Bob Thomas, Dennis Jacinto, Ted Heywood, Daren Roggentien. : Treasurers Report: Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting. a. Michele Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of September 2018. b. Michele reported a balance of $8,493.14 in the ERA Checking Account. Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder informed attendees the ERA has a membership of 383 as of September 30, 2018. Michele added that there was 1 new ERA Member, 4 Members rejoined from 2018 and 2 Members rejoined from 2017. b. Michele reported that she had made 32 calls to delinquent Members and some were no longer in business and some phones had been disconnected. Michele added that she will be making calls to Members that have not renewed from the previous month. : Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Ken Plourde reported that the Seminars for the 2019 ERA Trade Show are pretty much set. b. Ken informed attendees that Bob Thomas and Mohammad Samii are doing a great job with their articles for the Exchange magazine and the ERA Web Site. Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the November issue of the Exchange Magazine has been proofed and will be going to the printers. b. Bob informed attendees that he has acquired a Delco Smart IMS Switch and should have a Technical Article for the December issue. Exchange Magazine Advertising Report: Stephanie Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting.
