Minutes ERA Board of Directors September 19″ 2018 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Jessica Myers, Art Glass, Bob Hopko, Alan Reynolds, Bill Ernst, Gene Kaiser, Stephanie Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Mike Schroeder, John Prinvale, Kenny Turner, Bob Thomas, Mohammad Samii, Paul Sailon, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Ted Heywood, Dennis Jacinto, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for the month of August 2018. b. Mike reported a balance of $4,650.84 in the ERA Checking Account. Mike added that the next month should be heavy with Membership renewals. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder informed attendees that the ERA has a membership of 380 at the end of August. Michele added that there were 2 new Rebuilder Members and 1 new Supplier Member. b. Michele reported that she has made a lot of calls to delinquent members and has had 6 past members renew with one being from 2017. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Ken Plourde reported that the Technical/Training Committee has been working with the 2019 ERA Trade Show Committee on finalizing the schedule for the 2019 ERA Trade Show. b. Ken informed attendees that Bob Thomas and Mohammad Samii have continued to write exceptional articles for the Exchange Magazine and the ERA Web Site. Ken reported that he has sent a camera kit to Glen McLaughlin. d. Ken informed attendees that new videos will be added to the ERA Web Site when the problems are corrected. is) 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the October issue of the Exchange Magazine has been proofed and will be sent to the printer. Bob added that Members should receive their copy the first week of October. b. Bob informed attendees that he is running out of topics to do Technical Articles and would like input from ERA Members. c. Bob reported that he is doing research on a Technical Article on Delco IMS switches and is having problems gathering information.
