Cause: A potential cause for the above condition is a misaligned belt. Correction: Follow the manufacturer’s recommended inspection procedures to ensure the belts are properly aligned. If required, replace the belts with the appropriate ones. The manufacturer lists 12636227 for the Cadillac CTS-V and 12637321 for the Chevrolet Corvette.
