The technician may find diagnostic trouble code B3055 No Transponder or Modulation in History. Cause: A potential cause for the above is the head of the key fob. When the key is unfolded from the key fob and not allowed to fully swing out the system cannot establish communication with the transponder built into the key fob. Correction: Verify if the customer is aware of this condition and if not advise them to allow the key to fully swing out from the key fob.
