Cause: A potential cause for the above failure is a missing retaining clip on the battery cable. This missing clip allows the starter battery cable to chaff against the inner tie rod and centre drag link on right hand turns resulting in a short circuit to ground Correction: The manufacture suggests turning left or disconnecting the battery cables (always negative first) and replacing the battery positive and negative wiring harness (part number 15085788) the new harness has additional retaining clips to prevent the wire from chaffing.
