Cause: A potential cause for the above problem is the body control module software. Correction: If the correction has been performed there should be a label indicating so located under the hood. The calibration file is not available from GMSPO and must be accessed via the Multiple Diagnostic Interface (similar to the one shown on the right) and T/S2WEB and can be installed with a Tech 2 scan tool.
