The technician may find diagnostic codes P040, P0470, P0611, P1260 and/or P1378 stored in the memory. Cause: A potential cause for the above is an older calibration file in the following modules: – the Powertrain Control Module – the Fuel Injector Control Module – the Transmission Control Module The new calibration was not included in the 2009.3 DVD release of the software. Correction: Update the calibration file using revision 60.05 and higher prior to performing any repairs for the above conditions. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedures to update the calibration files.
