Cause: A potential cause for the above conditions is stray radio frequency signals received by the body electronic control module which may prevent the system from going into the “sleep” mode. Correction: The manufacturer has released a new alarm system receiver that prevents the stray radio frequency signals from affecting the body electronic control module. The dealer number is 86.77.31. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedures when replacing the alarm system receiver.
