Cause: A possible cause for the above condition is a poor connection in the connections used by the anti-theft immobilisation system. Correction: Using a scan tool diagnostic trouble codes IMM-233, IMM-244 or IMM-321 may be stored in the anti-theft immobilisation system. Check the connection plug terminals 4/22 and 7/39 to ensure that they require proper force to remove them. Follow the manufacture’s recommended procedures to inspect the terminals.
