Cause: A potential cause for the above condition may be the program file located in the Wireless Ignition Node Module. Correction: Follow the manufacturer’s recommended diagnostic and repair procedures which include verifying that the module was manufactured by Continental Siemens Automotive Systems (variant code 4) and updating the program file when required.
