Cause: A potential cause for the above condition is a faulty belt tensioner bracket. Correction: Inspect the B-pillar label for code number 594 if code 594 has been punched out then the bracket has already been replaced as a service campaign. If code 594 has not been punched out follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedures to replace the belt tensioner and bracket assembly (manufacturer’s number 11 28 7 799 851).
