Cause: A potential cause for the above condition is a loose terminal in the under dash fuse panel. The loose connection may limit or prevent power from reaching the fuel pump. Correction: The manufacture has issued instruction to replace the fuse panel (manufacturer’s number 38200-SEP-A03). When required, follow the manufacturer’s recommended diagnostic and repair procedures. If the procedure was performed by an authorized warranty service facility the VIN number in the engine compartment will have a center-punch “dot” stamped above the first digit of the VIN number.
