When testing the electrical system the technician may observe lower then the normal voltage of 14V. Cause: A potential cause for the above conditions is a manufacturing flaw in the voltage regulator/rectifier assembly resulting in the voltage setting to be too low. Correction: Follow the manufacturer’s recommended diagnostic and repair procedures when applicable.
