Tom Barrett told attendees that 300 mailings were sent out on October 28″. Of those 25 were returned for various reasons, incorrect address etc. Two rebuilders have signed on as guest members. Tom thought at this time it would be a good idea to do a follow-up call to the other rebuilders that have had the membership mailings sent to them. Technical/Training Committee Report: Wes Grueninger reported that he did not renew the email service, Constant Contact that sent out reminders of monthly meetings automatically. This service has a cost of $144.00 per year. The November Technical meeting had poor attendance and he thought it may have been because members of the committee did not get reminded of the meeting. After discussion a Motion was made by Mike Schroeder to renew the email service, Constant Contact. Second by Chris Thompson. All ayes, motion approved Wes informed attendees that the Warranty/Product Defect form was now available from the ERA Home Page. One was shot by Dick Vensel and the other by Henry Henke. He also has a video that Ken Plourde shot on shaft straightening.
