Chris Thompson reported a balance of $36,030.84 as of 3/14/2011. The $14,000.00 certificate of deposit has not been purchased as of 3/14/2011. 2: Membership Committee Report: a. Tom Barrett reported as of February 28, 2011 a membership of 421. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Mike Schroeder informed attendees that the committee spent time setting up topics for the roundtable seminars at the ERA Trade Show. He also reminded that all board members should attend all the roundtable seminars. Mike reported that the usage on the tech. line has been up for the month. Mike reminded attendees that items are still needed for the show & tell tables. If anyone needs to have items transported to the ERA Show to please contact him. Wes Grueninger reported that he has spent most of the month preparing for the Trade Show. 4: Old Business: a. ERA Trade Show: 1. Wes Grueninger reported that the discount schedules have been printed. There will be a schedule for discounts at the Joe Davis Seminar for non registered attendees, members and non members. There will be a discount schedule for items at the ERA Booth. . Mike Schroeder informed attendees that hot/cold mugs and recycle bags with the ERA Logo will be handed out at the ERA Booth. These items will be given to current members and new members. There will be a printed membership roster in the booth. . Mike Schroeder and Ken Plourde will print out 3X5 cards with the Technical Phone number and ERA Web Site login information to give to suppliers for suppliers employees to use. . Jim Thomas informed that he has the agenda set up for the ERA/Supplier Seminar. Jim also thought it would be a good idea to have a reminder paper printed out to put at Suppliers Booths when they are setting up on Friday. A
