Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday December1 9th, 2012 Call to order 6:30 pm CST Attendees: Ken Plourde, Bob Thomas, Alan Reynolds, Chris Thompson, Kenny Turner, Ronnie Charnes, Wes Grueninger, Mike Schroeder, Joe Bradish, Tom Barrett, Rick King, Bill Skillings, Mike Dietrich, Drew Withrow, Larry Hagemeister, Harald Kober, Daren Roggentien. President Henry Henke was unable to attend the meeting. Executive Vice President Ken Plourde chaired the meeting in Henry’s absence. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Chris Thompson reported a balance in the ERA checking account of $36,188.28 with all bills paid in full. The ERA also has four certificates of deposit. 2: Membership Report: a. b. Mike Schroeder informed attendees that the ERA has a current membership of 428 to date. Mike reported that for the month of November there were 37 renewals and one new member. There were 4 members that had not renewed as of the board meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. b. Bob Thomas reported that the ERA Tech. Line has had normal usage for the month. Ken Plourde was wondering if it would be possible to put a starter pinion clearance chart on the ERA web Site? Bob replied that it is something that could be looked into doing. He would send any information that he has to Wes and urged other members to do the same. Lynn Gross asked if something could be done on starter free spin amperage? Ken Plourde responded that there is currently a chart on newer Delco starters on the Web Site. Larry Hagemeister asked if there was an easier way to look up diagrams on the ERA Web Site? Bob replied that this is an area that needs attention as far as finding information. Wes replied that he is working on ways of organizing the ERA Web Site Tech Info.
