Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday November 18″, 2015 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CST. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Henry Henke, Bill Ernst, Mike Dietrich, Lynn Gross, Kenny Turner, Matt Wight, Mike Schroeder, Tom Barrett, Gene Kaiser, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported a balance of $24,489.25 in the ERA checking account with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: Scott Scharrer was unable to attend the meeting. a. Mike Schroeder reported that the ERA’s current membership is 420. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: Howie Gore was unable to attend the meeting. a. Art Glass reported that as topics come up they are discussed on the ERA Web Site. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: Bob Thomas was unable to attend the meeting. a. Mike Schroeder reported that the November issue of The Exchange Magazine was mailed out by the printers on November 3. The earliest that any member received there issue was November 12″. The problem with the mailing lies with the USPS. After discussion Mike will check with the USPS on other ways to mail The Exchange Magazine to get them to members in a faster time frame. Bill Ernst informed that he is still not receiving The Exchange Magazine and is not sure whether other WAI facilities are receiving their copies. Bill will check with the other WAI facilities and contact Mike Schroeder. Henry Henke reported that Chuck Showalter has not been receiving his copies of The Exchange Magazine as well. b. Mike Schroeder reported that the December issue of The Exchange Magazine has been completed and is in the proof stage. c. Mike informed that Stephanie is in the process of contacting advertisers via email on commitments for advertising in The Exchange Magazine for 2016.
