Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday August 17″, 2016. President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Jessica Myers, Scott Scharrer, Alan Reynolds, Stephanie Schroeder, Matt Wight, Lynn Gross, Mike Dietrich, Mike Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Larry Hagemeister, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a profit & loss statement for the month of July 2016. b. Mike reported a balance of $23,987.26 in the ERA Checking Account with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer reported the following membership in the ERA. 354 Rebuilder Members. 34 Supplier Members. 1 Warehouse Member. 7 Global Rebuilder Members. 1 Global Supplier Member. . 17 Individual Members. Total membership in the ERA is 414 members. Du PWN PE 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Lynn Gross reported that he has sent an email to Committee Members on seminars for the 2017 ERA Trade Show. Dan Marinucci has agreed to do a seminar on vehicle diagnostics with basic procedures. Mohammad Sammi has agreed to do a seminar on any subject the ERA would like to have. Tim Weyandt with a battery buying group would be willing to do a seminar that was technically and not product oriented. Lynn added that Tim expressed interest in having a booth at the 2017 ERA Trade Show and also joining the ERA. Lynn informed that the ERA Web Site seminar could have members that have used the ERA Web Site to solve problems with rebuilding or testing units report their findings and have open discussions. Lynn reminded that the ERA Trade Show Committee will have their first meeting for the 2017 ERA Trade Show on August 30°” and anyone that has ideas on seminars needs to contact him.
