Minutes ERA Board of Directors September 20°”, 2017 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Jessica Myers, Gene Kaiser, Joe Mazzone, Bob Thomas, Kenny Turner, John Prinvale, Mike Dietrich, Mike Mackey, Ted Heywood, Mohammad Samii, Paul Sailon, Stephanie Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of August 2017. b. Mike reported a balance of $11,445.60 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Mike informed attendees that the ERA Accounting Office has filed the 2016 ERA Tax return. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that the current membership in the ERA is 390 Members. b. Michele presented a document on the Delinquent Members that she contacted during the 3 Quarter of 2017. The report shows Michele made 28 phone calls with the following results. 1 Supplier Member rejoined. 5 Rebuilder Members rejoined. 3 New Rebuilder Members joined. Michele added that several of the calls to Delinquent Members resulted in possible rejoins at a later time. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report a. Ken Plourde informed attendees that the Minutes from the past Technical/Training Committee meeting can be viewed on the ERA Web Site by all ERA Board Members. b. Ken reported that the past meeting was had to set up the 2018 ERA Trade Show Seminar Topics, Presenters and Schedule. c. Ken informed attendees that he would be setting up a meeting in the next week to finalize the 2018 ERA Trade Show Schedule. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the October issue of the Exchange Magazine would be going out late do to the Hurricane. Bob added that the November issue should be back on schedule.
