Minutes ERA Board of Directors June 21″, 2017 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Jessica Myers, Howie Gore, Alan Reynolds, Stephanie Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Lynn Gross, Michele Schroeder, Kenny Turner, Mohammad Samii, Mike Tweed, Dennis Jacinto, Mike Dietrich, Bob Thomas, Mike Schroeder, Gene Kaiser, Jerry Kieffer, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. b. is) Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of May 2017. Mike presented a Profit and Loss Statement that had figures for the 2017 ERA Trade Show. The Statement presented a profit of $6,069.18. Mike reported a balance of $42,899.28 in the ERA Checking Account. Dennis Jacinto would like to be added to the list of recipients that receive a copy of the Profit and Loss Statement. Mike Dietrich commented that according to the By-Laws any ERA Board Member can request that their name be added to the list of recipients that receive the Profit and Loss Statement. 2: Membership Report: a. b. Michele Schroeder reported the ERA has 398 current members. Michele presented a report on calls that she had made to delinquent members for the second quarter of 2017. The report shows that Michele made 26 calls with the following results. 1 Supplier rejoined. 4 Rebuilders rejoined. 4 Rebuilders will be sending in their dues. 5 Rebuilders need to be called back in July. The rest have either sold, closed their business or Michele received no answer when they were called. Dennis Jacinto would like to be added to the recipients that receive this report.
