Minutes ERA Board of Directors November 18″, 2020 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. President Ken Plourde informed attendees that past ERA President Henry (Handle Bar Hank) Henke had passed away and asked for a moment of silence in his memory. Attendees: Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Ronnie Charnes, Joe Mazzone, Bob Hopko, Ted Heywood, Dennis Jacinto, Lonnie Bain, Mohammad Samii, Stephanie Schroeder, Bob Thomas, Kenny Turner, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Jim Richer, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: ” a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the minutes from the October 21%, 2020 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for the month of October 2020. b. Mike reported a balance of $8,780.13 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Mike informed attendees that the ERA Budget Committee needs to meet in December 2020 to finalize the 2021 ERA Budget. The meeting is scheduled for December 2″, 2020 @ 6:30 pm central time. Daren Roggentien will send out a reminder to the ERA Budget Committee. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Ted Heywood made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of October 27, 2020 the ERA has 358 members. b. Michele reported that she received ERA Membership renewals from 5 past due ann Members that were emailed in October 2020. c. Michele informed attendees that she emailed 12 past due ERA Members for October 2020.
