Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday December 16″, 2015 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm CST. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, John Brillman, Lonnie Bain, Matt Wight, Kenny Turner, Mike Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Henry Henke, Jerry Kieffer, Chuck Showalter, Bob Thomas, Ken Plourde, Lynn Gross, Larry Hagemeister, Bill Skillings, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroder reported a balance of $28,216.69 in the ERA checking account with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer was unable to attend the meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Howard Gore was unable to attend the meeting. b. Art Glass reported that all discussions were being handled on the ERA Web Site. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the December issue went out on time and he has had reports that most members received their issue between December 8′” and the 10°”. b. Chuck Showalter informed that he still is not receiving his issue. Mike Schroeder reported that he is working with the printers to see where the problem is. c. Bob Thomas reported that he has received information on articles from Larry Hagemeister and Mike McGovern from International Winding but may not be able to fit them into the January issue. Bob added that Stephanie has the material for the January issue.
