Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday February 17″, 2016 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CST. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Ken Plourde, Mike Dietrich, Matt Wight, Scott Scharrer, Lynn Gross, Bob Thomas, Mike Schroeder, Jerry Keiffer, Gene Kaiser, Larry Hagemeister, Alan Melton, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported a balance of $43,130.78 in the ERA checking account with all bills paid in full. Mike added that $23,187.00 of the balance was 2016 ERA Trade Show booth registration and Rebuilder registrations. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer reported that the total membership in the ERA excluding Global Members is 413. This breaks down as follows. 17 Individual Members, 356 Rebuilder Members, 35 Supplier Members and 5 Warehouse Members. 3: Technical/Training Report: a. Mike Dietrich announced that Lynn Gross will be assuming the position of Chairperson for the Technical/Training Committee. Mike thanked Howie Gore for the time and effort he put forward while chairing the Technical/Training Committee. Lynn Gross informed that he has produced a short video on pole shoe removal. The video was produced using his | Phone and took about 30 minutes to produce a video about 36 seconds in length. Lynn added that he would like to see more of this type of video produced, short and to the point. Lynn informed that he needs volunteers to help out in making videos and setting up procedures. Lynn would like to have the current ERA Video Library set up for ease of locating Videos and viewing. Lynn will work on reestablishing the “It Worked For Me” contest. Members need to contact Lynn on serving on the Committee.
