Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday June 15, 2016 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Jessica Myers, Alan Reynolds, Bob Thomas, Stephanie Schroeder, Mike Schroeder, Scott Scharrer, Matt Wight, Lonnie Bain, Lynn Gross, Kenny Turner, Mike Dietrich, Jerry Kieffer, Ken Plourde, Bill Ernst, Henry Henke, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a profit and loss statement for the month of May 2016. b. Mike reported a balance of $32,374.52 in the ERA Checking Account with a few unpaid bills as of meeting time. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Sharrer reported the following membership for the ERA. Global Members: 7 Global Suppliers: 2 Individual Members: 15 Supplier Members: 69 Warehouse Members: 5 Rebuilder Members: 391 Total Membership: 489 Scott informed there were 7 guest memberships for the month with 4 showing interest in joining the ERA. Bill Ernst reported that he has forwarded information to Scott on 2 past members that have shown interest in rejoining the ERA. . Scott reported that Zorkos are getting closer to rejoining the ERA.
