Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday November 16″ 2016. President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Jessica Myers, Mike Schroeder, Tom Barrett, Matt Wight, Mike Tweed, Ken Plourde, Mike Dietrich, Lynn Gross, Bob Thomas, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a profit and loss statement for the month of October 2016. Mike added that he will be sending out a profit and loss statement for the year to date in the next couple of weeks. b. Mike reported a balance of $30,528.27 in the ERA Checking Account. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer was unable to attend the meeting. b. Mike Schroeder reported that based on the subscriptions for the ERA Exchange Magazine the ERA Membership was about the same as previous months. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Lynn Gross reported that there hasn’t been much activity in the last month. b. Lynn informed that Nathan Unger has made a request on updating the ERA Sources Guide on the ERA Web Site. Bob Thomas commented that Jessica needs to look at the usage for the Sources Guide. Bob added that it would take a lot of time to research all the categories. Mike Schroeder felt that this would be a good idea to clean up the sources that are no longer in business. Mike Dietrich wants Jessica to finish up the ERA Trade Show business and the mapping problems on the ERA Web Site before addressing the Sources Guide. Lynn informed that the Committee needs more videos. d. Ken Plourde asked if the calls to the ERA Tech Line are being logged. Bob Thomas informed that when he was manning the ERA Tech Line that he logged all calls and reported them at the ERA Board of Directors meeting but didn’t know if Scott was doing this.
