Minutes ERA Board of Directors March 15°”, 2017 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Jessica Myers, Matt Wight, Lynn Gross, Gene Kaiser, Lonnie Bain, Jerry Kieffer, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Mike Tweed, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. b. c. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of February 2017. Mike reported a balance of $59,005.46 in the ERA Checking Account. Ken Plourde questioned the negative amount on the Exchange Magazine Subscription line. Mike explained there was an overpayment and a refund that made the negative number. Ken asked about a line for the Shipping for the Exchange Magazine. Mike explained that the February issue went out early and was paid in January. Mike added that the mailing list for the Exchange Magazine has been cleaned up which removed approximately 30 mailings. 2: Membership Report: a. b. Michele Schroeder reported a current membership in the ERA of 404. Michele presented a report on the Delinquent Members that she has contacted for the 1°* quarter of 2017. The report showed that she contacted 30 Delinquent Members and she was able to resign 6. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. b. c. Lynn Gross reported that there were no new videos for the month. Lynn reported that all 2017 ERA Trade Show Seminar presenters were registered. Gene Kaiser informed that he is producing videos for Regitar on vehicle installs and trouble shooting testing and was wondering if the ERA would be interested in adding these to the ERA Video Library. After discussion attendees felt that this would be a great addition. Gene will keep Lynn informed. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: Bob Thomas was unable to attend the meeting and forwarded the following. a. b. Bob reported that everything is running good with the Magazine. Stephanie has the material for the April issue and he is working on the May issue.
