Minutes ERA Board of Directors January 18°”, 2017 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CST. Attendees: Alan Reynolds, Ronnie Charnes, Jessica Myers, Matt Wight, Tom Barrett, Mike Mackey, Lonnie Bain, Kenny Turner, Bill Ernst, Art Glass, Ken Plourde, Lynn Gross, Bob Thomas, Mike Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Mike Tweed, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasures Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the 2016 year. The Profit and Loss showed a profit for the year of $3,876.10. Mike informed that the printers for the Exchange Magazine hadn’t invoiced the ERA for the November and December printings which would bring the profit to approximately the breakeven point. Discussion was had on the difference between the years of 2015 and 2016. Mike informed that there would be approximately a $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 loss between 2016 and 2016. Mike added that the advertising dollars were down and the ERA lost around 30-35 members in 2016. b. Mike reported a balance of $34,605.57 in the ERA Checking Account. 2: Membership Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported that he will have ERA Membership Reports beginning with the February ERA Board of Directors meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Lynn Gross reported that there hasn’t been any new videos for the last 3-4 months. b. Lynn informed that there has only been 1 video submitted for the Video Rewards Contest. c. Lynn reported that there are articles that need to be added to the Technical Library. Lynn will contact Mike Dietrich on these. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the February issue of the Exchange Magazine was at the printers and he is working on the March issue. b. Bob informed that he is working on a Technical Article for the Chevy Aveo Alternator. 5: Exchange Magazine Advertising Report: a. Stephanie Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting.
