Minutes ERA Board of Directors July 19″ 2017 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Jessica Myers, Bob Thomas, Dennis Jacinto, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Gene Kaiser, Al Steadman, Mike Dietrich, Joe Mazzone, Bill Ernst, Mike Tweed, Ken Plourde, Ted Heywood, Jerry Kieffer, Alan Melton, Paul Sailon, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting and provided the following. a. Profit and Loss Statement for the month of June 2017. b. Balance in the ERA Checking Account $34,328.57. Cc. Mike Dietrich reported on the Profit and Loss Statement that income from membership dues were up around $10,000.00 from the same time as one year ago and the bottom line is breaking even from the same time as one year ago. Expenses for the Exchange Magazine are about the same as one year ago but income is down around $5,000.00 due to advertising income. Bob Thomas added that membership dues were increased in the last year which would explain the increase in dues income. Mike Schroeder’s document showed $5,060.00 in unpaid or delinquent membership dues for the year. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported the current ERA Membership at 401 Members. b. Michele reported that she made 10 calls to delinquent Members for the month. 1 rejoined, 1 Supplier Member is pending and 1 new member joined. Michele added that Mohammad Samii is doing a great job when he receives a technical call from a non- member. Mohammad forwards contact information to Michele. Michele informed that she can then call them with ERA Member Benefits. Alan Melton informed Michele that he will forward contact information for a possible new member.
