Minutes ERA Board of Directors April 26″, 2017 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Joe Mazzone, Howie Gore, Bob Thomas, Ken Plourde, Gene Kaiser, Matt Wight, Jerry Kieffer, Allen Steadman, Mike Dietrich, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Alan Melton, Ted Heywood, Daren Roggentien. President Mike Dietrich informed that the May 2017 ERA Board of Directors meeting was rescheduled for April 26″ 2017 to address business that had to be discussed prior to May 1°, 2017. 1: Treasurers report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and loss Statement for the month of March 2017. b. Mike reported a balance of $42,325.73 in the ERA Checking Account with outstanding invoices from the 2017 ERA Trade Show that he has not received yet. c. Mike informed that he will have a Profit and Loss Statement for the 2017 ERA Trade Show at the June 2017 ERA Board of Directors meeting. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that she is making calls on the Delinquent Member list. b. Michele reported that the current membership is 387. Michele added that she has made 17 calls on expired ERA Members from the last month with the following results: 7 calls Michele left messages. 1 call the mailbox was full. 2 will call her back. 2 wanted emails sent with information on the Benefits of joining the ERA. 2 will rejoin this week. 2 Michele needs to call back. 1 says his check is in the mail. ~OuUPWwNnNrE- 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: Lynn Gross was unable to attend the meeting. 4: Exchange magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the May issue of the Exchange Magazine was at the printers. b. Bob reported that he is working on the June issue of the Exchange Magazine. Bob added that he and Wes Grueninger are working on a Technical Article on Switches, Relays and Solenoids for the June issue.
